I ordered a set of DVD's on December 13th and did not receive anything. I followed up on Feb 1st and was told by email that they would get back to me with shipping details within a few days. No further emails received and now, emails won't go through. Looks like they've closed up their operation. Name on credit card statement is XEO Vent of Oakville, Ontario. I've contacted my credit card company to see if they can reverse the charges, but I'm doubtful that I'll see any of this money back.
