I sent TV Ruby a letter two days ago, Express mail w / return receipt. Somebody
Signed for it, but the USPS delivered it to the WRONG address there. I went to google maps last night to research TV Ruby's physical address. All the businesses on Express Lane in Sarasota, FL appear to be inventory and/or shipping warehouses.
But there's nothing about TV Ruby even though their address is 4283. At first I thought it might be a dummy company. However, there are offices in that building. There is a shipping business www.myus.com at 4299, but they have a suite at 4283. Just as TV Ruby describes its products as "Digitally Remastered for Stunning Clarity & Sound", myus, as in My US, says it's "The #1 Rated Package-Forwarding Service by customers and businesses in 220 countries since 1997!"
This morning I've been back and forth on the phone with the USPS about the delivery to
4285. I found out TV Ruby is indeed at 4283. However, they receive SO MUCH mail,
they don't have carrier delivery. They have a courier pickup service. The woman
at the USPS said had I not sent it Express mail they would never have had to sign for it. As for the return receipt, who knows if I'll ever receive that, but at least I have proof they signed for the letter, whether they care to read it or not.
The USPS told me the 4285 signature is not an issue, as all the offices are in the same building, and TV Ruby has no carrier delivery anyway, go figure!
