Hi Team,

This is to inform that 2 fraud transaction happened on my credit Card dated 12th Feb. This transaction is not done by me.
This is my old credit card and against this card I have already received new upgraded card. Fraud transaction Amount as follows.

As soon as I received the transaction message on my Mobile I had called immediately to Customer care services on 12th Feb and informed about this transaction and message.
The reference number for this call is 022916 (MR. Kamal). As per discussion with him he said that once merchant claim the amount then I have to call again and raised the request for Dispute Amount.
He asked me to give a callback on 14th Feb as merchant would have claimed the amount by 14th Feb.

When I called on 14 Feb on customer care they told that still merchant has not claimed the amount and wait till merchant claim.

When I checked online on 16 Feb morning and found that Merchant has claimed the below mentioned amount, I immediately called to customer care and informed them about claimed amount on 16th Feb itself.

As per the discussion with Customer Care (Heena Ref N0.444882) She told that she will raise the request for approval for dispute amount and had given me ref no. 444882. She asked me to call on Tuesday 19th Feb and they will send CDF form which I have to sign and submit to Citi Bank for further investigating.
