I thought I ordered a "free trial" of bed bug defense kit for only shipping at $3.95. Only after you check out and have provided information, it says you can call or email an cancel future shipments anytime. After the fact because otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. The phone number provided by the company NEVER answers. They list their "hours" online but still aren't ever available on the phone an no email address is valid to cancel shipment. I'm a single mother and have been continoulsy charged three seperate times now, even after I sent a notarized letter stating fraud and that the company can no longer charge my account. The past two times I have been charged I never even received the USELESS product. This company should be shut down. I have filed a police report for future reference and apparently my only option is to PAY my Higher One student account to have my account number changed so that I hopefully won't be charged anymore. This is dispicable and charges me $41.87 every other month without even sending a product at all and without any contact information in which you can actually reach anyone to "cancel" something you were never informed of until after signing up for a "risk free trial." My account has been overdrafted because of this scam which I had hoped would have been shut down by now! So on top of stealing money for a product that is never shipped and is certainly no use to anyone, I have to pay for their scam by getting a new account which cost more money and still pay the overdraft charges that they continue to take out after at least 100 attempts to contact them even after I resorted to paper mail a little over 2 months ago and still never seen or heard any action from the company. Please BE WARNED and contact your local BBB until someone shuts these thieves down. I would imagine these scam artist are stealing from all over the U.S. Possibly even the world. I live in KY. And I've never seen any "company" you can't even contact but that still drain your credit cards time after time with no repurcussions!
