I ordered the tax software in NOVEMBER.
It is now the middle of February and the
company still haven't install the Massachusetts
filing information. I have email at least
seven times. When I called, the company put you
on hold for at least a hour. I have used this
software in the past, with no problems, but it
seem that this year the program/consultants
have been replaced. There is no information that program was changed. The Director/sales
rep will not answer any calls.
Their phone 1-855-880-1040. I know of another
person who ordered the same software and she can not get response from them.
