Our company ordered an accounting software program online. We paid with our credit card and were sent an order invoice/receipt. We were told on January 20 that the delivery method would be electronic delivery. However we have not recieved our software program. We sent several emails as there was not a contact phone number. We have now canceled our credit card. We are out hundreds of dollars and we have no software program.
