Booked a hotel for a great price online... If you stay more than 3 days you get a discount. Due to business I requested to add on another night as the was room at my destination. They told be to book the extra night separately and it would be at an additional $30. Spoke with 3 non speaking agents then took 2 hours to get transferred to a supervisor, who could not help.
