I purchased Data Fields Manager for Outlook 3 years 4 months ago and had it installed on one computer. That computer crashed a couple years ago and I hadn't needed the software until now. When contacting tech support to activate the software, I was emailed, "We only activate products up to 3 years past the purchase date." No where on the datafieldsmanager.com site does it mention this or I wouldn't have purchased it. I emailed Tom Wikman, the president, and he responded, "And we are getting these emails 4 years AFTER your purchase? We will no longer be responding to any of your emails and your email address has been blocked. Have a good day."
