Almost 2 years a go, i did purchase a SYMANTEC NORTON 360 software to protect 2 of my laptops. And 1 pc. At my house ageints the spyware and smiler virisus. (recomended by microsoft). I think i did pay them almost $70.00 for that service. After 1 year the Pc i had at home got a spyware, i can not do anything with the pc (very slow and spyware add is in it.) i was very upset becouse i just paid second time for second year for my 3 computers. The important one was my pc. Becouse i had little over 5000 pictures of my kids and family. We did spend over 3 years taking those pictures. (i dont have them any longer). How ever, i did contact customer support of norton 360. When i try to explain the problem, (the spywaer on my pc). The tech support told me they can fix that problem but i have to pay them $99.00 for that. I wa so angery. Than i asked why did i paid for sofware doesnt protect my pc? The answer was very sad.." IT DOES NOT PROTECT 100%" He told me. I have to pay the tech online to save my pc. I didnt pay him. I was going to pay somebody alse to save my computer. Not them. 2 days pass by and my computer crashed. I can not explain my anger. I start shoping for new antvirus software for my laptop's and less than a week my own laptop has the same spyware virus. I did purchase webroot software to protect my laptop. Please if you in the prossess to get you slef a norton 360, THEY DONT PROTECT YOUR COMPUTER 100% (what they told me) and you have to pay them AGAIN to get a help. My kids pictures were very important to me, I DONT HAVE THEM ANY LONGER. Just becouse i did trust norton 360. And pay them twice.
