I am making a complaint against sprint, let me start out by saying I have been with this company for over ten years or more, I feel that are treating me as a value cosumer. I complaint is that I feel that they are trying to over pay me. Like I said I have been with them for over ten year, and never miss a payment, I started out with 3,000 mins with three phone on my lines. Sprint keep calling me stating that I should down grade, because I wasn't using my mins. So I down graded to 15,00 mins mind you never missing a payment, now they are trying to tell me that I went over my mins, howerer they can not tell where the mins that I used are, because I pay my bill every month on time, and I had 62mins remaing for this month. I paid last month, and the month before. I am really fustraed, and I may have miss spelled a few word, so I hope that you can understand what I am saying. My bill is two hundred, and more dollareds, and they push me back to take the 3,000 mins. I really can't afford to pay them this extra 98 dollars that they can not prove i owe. I am 60years old and get a disabilitily check every month, and I am sickly. I realy don't feel they should treat their good client like this.
