Broken contract signed in 1/26/10 for a RV Site
of which all payments were paid in full by 10/11 for two months reservations for 2011.
A change was & approved to change to 2012 under
same rules. Due to our relocation from TN. To Mo, We decided that we would cancel our reservation due to circumstaces with our move.
A promise was made to refund our deposit and we
have waited pateintly for another year until site was rented. We received confirmation that site had been rented and we would be receiving our refund the first week of January. Now they claim that we will have to accept credit instead of money. We are now unable to go to their location.
We have hired an attorney ($300.00) here in Mo to write a letter to Neapoloitan RV Resorts of which they
are ignoring. We love going to your fine city and will continue to visit but we no longer RV and will have to find other means of lodging.
We would prefere not inter a law suite if at all
possible.
