I was offered a "free" trial of skin care products by this company. I was to pay the shipping charge, which was charged to my credit card online. I emailed them about five minutes after placing the order on April 5 and told them to cancel the order since I had read that this offer was "free" for 14 days after which my credit card would be billed $60 or thereabouts. Two days later I recieved an email saying they had just received my email but the package had already shipped. When a package arrived, I returned the product, unopened as soon as it arrived around April 14th, marking the package "Refused. Return to sender".
Today, May 16, I opened my credit card statement and found a charge of $149.95 paid to DeadSeaCharm.com. I have yet to contact them as my first attempts yield your website so I launching a complaint before I continue to attemp contact with this "company".
