I ordered Nutra Burn 10 on the 19/03 which was advertised as a pop on a website I was visiting. I'm from South Africa & the cost of the product was advertized in rands. I received a congratulatory email with contact number (0800 123456) which did not work at all. A day later I received another email informing me that the products ordered would be delivered in approximately 1 weeks time and the contact number displayed was 0800981218. After NOT receiving the goods I made contact and was told that the order would be reshipped and was told that somehow the goods seem to go missing once it reached South African shores. Since then two more "re-shipments" were suppose to be made but still I have not received anything. About two weeks ago I requested a refund but unfortunately I have not received the refund of R459.33. Fortunately no additional money has been debited from my credit card. After reading an article about a possible and that if one emailed [Email Removed] you would be refunded your money but unfortunately the email came back undelivered with a recipient address rejection (domain not found). I am extremely disappointed and feel very nervous about this.
