A: Usually online stores send packages addressed to our customers (with their name on the label). FEDEX and UPS release packages even if your name is not on it.

Q: How do I get packages if I am not at home?
A: Alternatively, you can sign or authorize a release form, whereby the carrier will leave the parcel on the doorstep, porch or elsewhere.in this way please sign it on behalf of customer.

Q: What should I do after receiving the package?
A: Confirm delivery online, wait until the label is downloaded to the Control Panel, print it out, stick label on the package and ship it out from the nearest USPS office within 24 hours.

Q: Who pays for shipping?
A: Our Company pays for postage by providing pre-paid USPS shipping label

Q: How do I ship item?
A: Simply package up the item. Remove all previous labels. Then attach the pre-paid shipping label with clear tape. Take the package to your local USPS office.

Q: Can I use any other shipping methods besides the USPS?
A: We only offer FREE shipping through our partnership with the USPS.

Q: How many packages will I receive per month?
A: From 30 to 50.

Q: How will I be paid?
A: You will receive a salary by PayPal / / Western Union.

Q: When would I get paid and how often?
A: You'll get paid every 2 weeks $30 per each shipped package ($25 during the trial period which is first 2 weeks of work).

Q: Are there certain types of items that I will be receiving?
A: No. But usually our customers send electronics (laptops, cameras, etc.).

A: Usually it takes up to 7 business days until the 1st package id delivered to you

Expected Salary: $ 1000-1500/month

To become a Mailing Operator you must have good organizational skills and be able to work under deadline pressure. Mailing Operator must understand general shipping policies and regulations regarding freight and be familiar with rates and routes so that they can determine shipping methods. Mailing Operator also inspects incoming and outgoing materials, verifies orders and prepare packages for shipping in accordance with established procedure.

Scheme of work

1. Our customers send parcels to your address (usually they use UPS or FEDEX). After you get the package, you need to inform your local representative by email and provide himher with the tracking number.

2. You need to check incoming shipments for damages. If the package looks damaged-you need to inform your local representative immediately

3. You get prepaid USPS shipping label (usually it takes 3-4 hours for our warehouse to order it at usps.com). After you get the label, print it out, stick it on the parcel and ship it out to the final destination from the closest USPS office.
Note: Please always ask USPS worker to provide you with receipt!

4. You get paid $30 for every shipped package. The approximate amount of packages is 30-50 a month. You get paid twice a month by Western Union or MoneyGram. You don't pay for any deliveries or shipping.

5. During your work you'll constantly keep in touch with your local representative (the person who's responsible for your district and who's always ready to help you).

6. We also have Administration Panel where you can view all your packages. Your local representative will provide you with login information and all instructions.
