I met "Chipi Judetho" from "Botswana" at Huaiyin Teachers College in Huai'an, China, Jiangsu province. He was caught traveling on a false passport and deported to Nigeria. His real name is Anthony (Ogbeide) Iyoha, and I moved to Nigeria and married him anyway because I was young and he took advantage of my emotions and love. He married me, began abusing me, and we moved to Austria and London where I taught English for a year and a half before moving to the USA where my family resided. I had a daughter and decided to divorce my husband. He was so happy and could not wait to sign the papers. He denys the abuse, he does not pay child support timely and has agreed to pay over 12000.00 in credit card debt in my name. Because of the child support order, he now is being transferred and the arrearages are not being enforced, so he is getting away without paying the debt, leaving me and my daughter to suffer with bad credit, loss of money, and legal problems. He has shared legal custody of my daughter but has not seen, visited, nor contacted her since 2008. I want my daughter all to myself, my credit cleared, this con artist deported, and finally be able to sleep at night. This fraud should never have the chance to subject another american woman to his clutches.
