My son was hit by a young man. Did a lot of damage to his harley he had just saved for and bought... insurance agreed to pay for all repairs... My son took his harley to scott smith harley davidson 407-831-7888 my son is young just starting his life and he thought the dealer would be best... They had the harley 2 months... He picked it up saturday and it quit running the next day and there were many things wrong... Some that posed a danger to his safety... He was very upset so i called harley davidson for him... They are being uncooperative, but agreed to come get the bike yesterday 3-27, but they didn't... We are getting the run around and we don't know what to do with a 14,000 dollar harley that was suppose to be as it was before... They have all the wiring in a ball under the seat wrappped with elec tape, new chrome scratched, parts that went in chrome... Came out aluminum. Parts not repaired. Belt so loose it possed a danger. They chipped the paint on the back fender and many other things... I raised my 3 boys alone and get involved only when asked, but we don't know what to do know and do not have money for a lawyer.
