Unordered $59 Charge After Buying a $3 Casino Package

On 02/11 I bought a beginner's package of $3 for Double Down Casino and I got 150,000 points. The next day I checked my cash balance on my debit card and found out Facebook.com credits charged my account $59 on 02/10, which I never ordered. I want my money back, please. ASAP.
