Unauthorized Debit Card Charge on Sunday April 7 Needs Removal

I was charged an unauthorized charge on my debit card on Sunday, April 7.

This needs to be removed ASAP, and I would like to know who it was from and why it was charged so it does not happen again. I am considering deleting my FB account!
