Today I tried to pay my bill, and Facebook took money off my Visa card. You will find two unauthorized charges dated 10-13-12.1, one for $6.90 and the other for $99.00. I would never spend $99.00 on anything on Facebook. The cash I have used on Facebook has not been more than $14.00.
I want someone at FB to call me and get my information, so that someone at Facebook can call my bank and tell them not to collect the cash because it was not approved, and so I can possibly get my money back to pay my statement.
This matter is very urgent. Please respond as soon as possible.
