I was curious to try this site out because I saw good reviews at first and they had good prices. Made a small order of some 20" extensions on sale. My card was charged immediately and its been ten days and the order is still "processing" and the e-mail response I got was:
"Because of a Nation wide holiday, we may delay to respond your email from 7th Feb. 2013 to 17th Feb. but we promise to try our best to reply your email within 48 hours. All orders after 6th Feb. 2013 will be resumed to shipped out on 15th Feb. 2013"
What nationwide holiday takes 11 days out of business?
Now I've been reading all these bad reviews and seems like everybody else has been having similar problems. Its freaking me out. I'm going to be a little more patient, but if these are shipped in a few weeks I want a refund!!
