On 03/05 I received a advertisement for a horse race handicapping system. On 03/06 I sent payment for the system. The advertisement stated that the system would be sent out in (48 hours guaranteed). On 03/23 I received a letter confirming my order but there was a slight delay in sending them out. The letter said it would be another week may ten days, and it would be shipped via FIRST CLASS MAIL and that I would received it in three to four days after that. It is now 04/17 and still no delivery of my order.
