I ordered 2 jackets from this company online on 1 Jan. Order shipped to me 1/8. Order received by me 1/14. Products too small. Requested RMA number online per return/exchange instructions. Received reply email stating that an RMA number would be forthcoming within 2 days. No email has been received with RMA number. Two additional email inquiries from me to the website have gone unanswered. According to instructions returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Time is running out fast for any return to be made and any refund to be received.
