MY mortage was sold to GREEN TREE from BANK OF AMERICA, BANK OF AMERICA NEVER NOTIFIED OF THIS UNTIL SEVERAL MONTHS LATER I HAD BEEN MAKING PAYMENTS TO BANK OF AMERICA DURING THIS TIME, ON 08/15, $565.18,09/19, $591.48,10/15,565.18,11/16, $565.18 and the escrow account was suppose to be closed as of 11 but had been started back up, On 01/1 GREEN TREE CHARGED ME $1707.91 with late charges to bring up to date, part of this was NOV payment that I already paid I asked for escrow account to be closed again. They tol me to send a written statement and copy of insurance showing payments made and tax bill that I faxed to them I have proof of this, I also sent a copy of account history showing escrow was previously closed They ent me a letter back saying escrow would be canceled only for taxes and not for the insurance that I pay also ESCROW was still open with no refund, This is crooked banking practic cheating me out o my money I have coming to me I'm a disabled veteran on ssi disability this is not right!!
