My condo mortgage was sold by Bank of America to Green Tree. After two months
I received a letter that they are enforcing an insurance policy at $2,400 as they did not have proof. I have two polciies enforce and up to date on the condo, one through the HOA. Thes policies were up to date and enforce until Feb. 2013. This information was available to them when they assumed the loan. Their insurance cost is twice the cost of my resort house and it is services their their own insurance agency... Smacks of an unscrupulous relationship... And a scam..
