After spending 2 hours with a person on the phone the issue was never resolve when I call back the same day to get the tech back on the phone again this person has giving me a wrong name so I had to talk to some one else again and they were going to charge me $14.99 on top of the 59.99 that I had all ready paid and they said it was because they need it to trouble shoot my network so I hungthe phone very upset and I told them that this issue was never resolved. So when Monday came I call this people again to get credit on my credit card and I was told that this will take aout 18 weeks before I can get my money back into my credit card.
