I odered a free trial product from this company. Paid the S&H fee. Called before the Free Trial was up to cancel and was told that I wouldn't be billed, but my credit card was still billed. Today I called them again and the rep spoke wery broken English and I had a really hard time understanding him and asked if I could speak to someone that speaks english well. I was told I would have to call back, wich is no gaurentee, after being on hold so long again, that I will get a customer rep that I could understand.
