I was charged $94.90 for the StemCellActiv cream that I RETURNED immediately after I received it. I NEVER solicited Ananacs for their product, I thought it was "free" because I had completed a survey. My phone call was answered and the operator was helpful and patient despite the irritation in my voice. I was told that my "free" sample was really only a 15 day trial and because I did not call Ananacs nor did I return my "free sample" I was sent another shipment and charged. Ahhhh!
