I brought a LV purse from this website, before I did I sent a message to confirm whether the purse is real I received a reply saying it is, so I we t a head with and purchase the purse. Bear in mind that the website displays 7 days returns policy. I received the purchase I was more than disappointed, the material is like plastic and the card slots are too small I can't fit my cards. So I sent a email to them that I want to return this purse and get a refund. I received a email saying that, that's not there fault, they sent the purse that I ordered. I was so surprised, I sent a email I'm not going to know what it feels like and that card slots are too all. She then replied stating that as you insist in on a refund. I replied i have a right to have a refund. She then replied who is your bank I'll check if you can get a refund. I was shocked. Their website does not mention anything like this. She got back to me stating that I can have a refund. I replied sending at least 3 messages, requesting that I need the address that I can send it back to. No reply its been 4 days. I spent £78 on a purse that's like plastic, card slots are too small a it's all fake. My advise to everyone don't be fooled. I'm so Angry, do waste a penny on these fake websites, all they want us your money and there's no after sale service.
