I ordered a coach bag from coachbagsoutletstores.org. I rec'd it and it was damaged/defective/used and a fake. The shipping label was from sha991 in Shanghai China. I contacted them through their website as I did not receive an invoice and there is not any contact information such a name, address, email address, or phone number on the website. I rec'd a quick response via email address [email protected]. He asked me to send pics. I sent pics which were very obvious of the damage/defect/fake. He replied a day later and apologized for the situation and offered me $30 off my next order and I keep the purse that I currently received. I replied that I wanted a refund and please send me the name and address of where to return. He replies that it will cost me $50 to ship it back to him. These emails went back and forth for about a week and then he stopped replying. One of my last emails I sent him, I made an offer that he refund me half the purchase price and I keep the purse or I will send it back for a full refund. I still haven't rec'd an address of where to ship it. I told him that I will be contacting the Attorney General, The Federal Trade Commission, and reporting a complaint to econsumer. Gov and any other organization that I can find. I haven't heard back from him. I have contacted my credit card company to check on any protection that I have with this purchase and my "rights" include that the purchase must have been made in my home state or within 100 miles of my mailing address. I am at a loss of what to do at this point.
