Computer help advertised they were certified and insured. Also they were rated very hig on Best Business Buereu. Program purchased for 3 computers as amle voice relayed it was much cheaper to buy for 3 computers. Dah I have 1 computer. 1-29 called for 3rd time. Program fine as long as they were connected. Then after restarting my computer several programs and back up disk was gone.
After contacting to day, the male voice said they would have business office call back in approximately 48 - 60 hours. He reported they will refund my money after I answer a few qyestions. Here's keeping my fingers crossed. I will let you know.
