My complaint starts in oct when i filled a frauid complaint. The complaint was turned down and i was told by the suprvisor that i need money because of my problems. So i wrote a letterto the com. Of curenncy one of many. That was only the beginning. I had fraude four more times. The bank closed my accounts. Held my monet for my checks so they all bounced. The bank gave me a letterto snd out thatdid nothing.in august i paid my mortage to the bank on the2nd. The checkbounced. The bank said that the st of ct asked for the check which was bs. The money was there and they did not pay the mortage.in sept labor day week end i paid my mortage on friday on line got a confirmation number. Because of the holiday i checked on tusday. The paymeny was not there. Icalled the bank they told me they tookthe payment and put it in my checking account. So i deposed a ban check for 2000 dollars the bank put a hold on the check for 30 DAYS. Again in dec my mortage was missing. I got a letter from the bank that my home was in forclouser. I got a call saying i could apply for a modifcation isaid why i was not at fault. The bank reported me to all three credit co. And alerted all banks. I wrote more letters but was told by the comm. Of crrrency that it was at a stand still. I have all the written info from theceoof the bank and all corresondance.
