I have a second mortage with GMAC. I am in the process of refinancing my first mortage from a 7 1/4% to a 3% I have been waiting on GMAC to provide Bank of America with the subornation paperwork that I was told would only take 7 days. It has been over a month and now I have lost out on my refinance and have to reapply. This is the worst I have ever encountered from a company. When I called and talked with the supervisor she told me she would call me back the next day but she never did. I called the folloing week and the next supervisor I spoke with told me that the paperwork was with the lawyers waiting on their approval or review. That again was two weeks ago. I would never do business with GMAC and would not recommend their services to anyone
