I January of this year I agreed to a FREE trial of Bella Brite and Ivory White. The only payment being the postage and packaging. Checking my bank account a few day layer I noted that they had deducted over $157 (Over £100) When I contacted them by e-mail I was told that I had ticked the Terms and Conditions box, which meant I had 'signed up' for the 'complete package' The Terms and Conditions amounted to 4xA4 pages of font 12, and it would be unreasonable for anyone to either remember or understand such a document.
Requests for refunds are easily sidetracked with a 'you are out of time'.
This is no more than a sharp practice relying on customers thinking that this firm has any integrity, which it obviously has not.
I refuse to phone them on their so called ' call free' having been taken in once, but I have noted that there are over 200 similar complaints about this firm on the internet so its some consolation to know I am not alone. They should be stopped or prosecuted if it is possible.
