I saw an advert for a free trial for Bellabrite and Ivorywhite at 1.00 each plus postage and packages. I received the following:

You took a total of 6.58 that was what i agreed to. You had the
audacity to enter into my bank account to take a further 100.13
I have spent an entire day tracking these people to ask why 100.13 was taken from my bank account when I have not even received the 'free trial' that I agreed to and paid for.By doing this, this company have left me penniless for the month and unable to buy in groceries for my children. I spoke to a lady when I eventually got through at 5.18 pm British time. I explained to her the trian of events but she blatantly informed me that I could not get my money back because I signed up to a ongoing monthy trial. I told her under no circumstance would I sign up for a free trial and then purchase further goods without first trying the 'free trial'. Emotions got the better of me because I became very tearful and asked her please to refund my money. I then hung up.
