Hi, I'm being charged $78.41 on my credit card when I cancelled over a month ago, I already reported BellaBrite Tooth Whitening on scambook yesterday, but I have an update... I emailed them and finally got a phone# where I could reach them... But when I called I got a tape saying hello, this BellaBrite call back during buisness hours 8am-5pm, but it was almost 10am. So I called back afew minutes later, got a tape saying "Hello this is Ivory white"... (I thought it was Bella Brite), anyway he said that my 8 day trial started when I ordered it, (how can I try it when I do not have it), that means I would only have 2-3 days to try it, along with the trial they sent a bellabrite complete product, but when I called to cancel the trial, he said to keep what I had and I did not need to return any thing... Then just a few days ago (about 1 month later) I'm charged $78.41 to my credit card, not under Bella Brite, but Bella Clear... (??? What, do they keep changing there name?)
Any way he he said it is past 30 days, so I am no longer eligable for a refund, (the reason it's past 30 days is because someone that worked for them told me it was cancelled, and I did not need to return any thing) if they had told me I would have gladly returned it right away, so now they charged me $78.41 on my credit card how convenient for them. I did not use the product I told them I would return it for a refund, but they kept saying sorry 30 days went by (and it was theier fault 30 days went by).
They will not give me a refund & I can not afford $78.41 for atooth whitener, next time I will just go to the store and get it for $5-10 dollars. What a rip off, please do not buy from BellaBrite, BellaClear, or Ivory White, they use all 3 names, today I called BellaBrite with this phone # 1-866-366-8424..
And got a tape saying hello BellaBrite, then called about 5 minutes later got a tape saying hello, Ivory White... Then I called again a few minutes later that said hello BellaBrite,
What do you call that?...
*I asked the guy why they chaged thier name to IvoryWhite he said it was another product they sell... But when I spoke with the lady on the phone she said, they just sell one product BellaBrite (???).
Also I tried to reach them bye thier 2 main phone numbers but was not able to, there was always an error message. If you have been conned by them call 1-866-366-8424.
Hope you have better luck with them then I did.
