As a spot-trader, a margin call was required and my account when into locking. I immediately made the required margin call the next day, but even after the making the required payment, my account was still charged for the "losses" incurred by the positions which they put.

Furthermore, a transaction was executed in my account without my authorization, but the company is denying it.
