WFNNB ripped me off for $80.00 in Visa Gift Cards.
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">I called WFNNB about adding an authorized user to my account.
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">However, they said no. But later took it upon them self to add this person.
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">Now adding this person without my permission.
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">I was offered a $20.00 gift card for each one of their credit cards I register with Account Assure. Well, I had four cards and registered all of them.
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">I was told once I sent the forms back I would receive my four gift cards of $20.00 each.
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">Not only did I not receive the gift card but they wanted me to register again with Direct Alert to receive the $20.00 gift cards I was first promised.
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">I was deceived, lied to, given incorrect information, WFNNB falsely advertised, they mis represented the advertisment.
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">WFNNB would not honor the deception con that was presented to me over the phone by their CSR. I was ripped off for $80.00 in gift Visa gift cards.
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;">So I was ripped off twice by World Financial Network National Bank!
