Chris Russo is a fraud!

To whom it may concern:

<p style="line-height: normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal">Bold K Enterprises paid CRC Chris Russo Consulting, $12,500.00 to process a loan for Bold K Enterprises. Bold K Enterprises has made several attempts to communicate with Mr. Russo via phone, email, and text messages for over 12 months. To date, Mr. Russo has failed to properly respond to all of our attempts to communicate with him.

<p style="line-height: normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal">As such, we assume that Mr. Russo has abandoned his responsibilities in accordance with our contract. Therefore, we requested a refund in full no later than June 19. He has failed to cooperate or comply. Mr. Russo made a lot of promises to Bold K Enterprises, but did not deliver on any of them. Bold K Enterprises is extremely disappointed in his actions which subsequently resulted in this outcome. Bold K Enterprises spent a lot of time assembling the information Mr. / Russo required and forwarded it to the following address,

<p style="line-height: normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal">Bold K Enterprises made it very clear to Mr. Russo from the beginning that we were under a tight timeline. We are extremely disappointed in the way he handled this process. Upon Bold K Enterprises request for a refund at Mr. Russos request, he promptly tried to counter sue Bold K Enterprises through several attorneys which all dropped him once the facts were presented. I requested the following;

A WRITTEN, detailed timeline as to when this loan will fund or,
A refund of $12,500.00 wired into our checking account.

<p style="line-height: normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal">Bold K Enterprises has made every attempt to supply the necessary documentation needed for Mr. Russo to facilitate the loan. Mr. Russo represented himself as the lender with the funds to lend directly to Bold K Enterprises. Once Mr. Russo received the funds he created every excuse as to why our loan was not completed. Mr. Russo has failed in every way to meet the needs of his clients. Mr. Russos failure has caused a major hardship for Bold K Enterprises. Mr. Russo has money to secure lawyers but he refuses to refund my money. Mr. Russo required me to wire the funds into his account which is wire fraud. I give your office all the required authority to pursue this complaint.
