I saw on their website some great prices for notebooks.
I contacted Rio Pratama and he was very gently. He gladly responsed to my questions, and everithing looked nice. I asked some papers stamped and he send them to me via mail.
We talked and we made an agreement (a write one. Signed) for a 15% payment from total.
After we made the payment... Mr. Rio Pratama not answer to my mails any more.
I talked with him on yahoo messenger two days ago and he said that the money hasn't arrived. That's impossible. I have checked at our bank and everything is ok.
I don't know what to do. I want my money back!
