I placed an order on 11/04 (100018151) and got a shipping confirmation. I waited a month and contacted the seller and they issued a credit memo on 12/12 (100001109) since the item was never received.
Since then I have tried numerous times to get them to honor the credit memo toward another attempt to make a purchase from them.
They do not reply to any email I have sent apparently ignoring my request. They have never offered a refund which now I am seeking.
