I purchased a pair of earlings but deided to return since it was too big.
I got credit memo instead of money refund. When I tried to use my credit memo, this company charged extra shipping cost of $12.50 with no reasons.
I followed up with credit dispute with my credit card company, however, this company did not want to correct their charges on their own despite multiple email request from me. Please be aware of this unfair shipping charges when you purchase from this vendor just in case you may want to return and exchange the product.
