I ordered furniture from this company and got a confirmation email that the order was being processed. Order was in the amount of 1,808. I emailed them several times starting 4 weeks after placing the order with no reply and started calling after 6 weeks with no answer.
Started to investigate and found several people were having the same problem from review sites. All problems started about December. Before that the company got great reviews.
On January 6 I contacted my credit card company and they gave me a temporary credit while they make a review. I contacted the BBB and they are reviewing. I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office also.
Since the middle of January their website has gone black and all telephone numbers are disconnected or continuously busy.
