I am paying my premiums for my motorcycle that include $250,000 for passenger liability. May 2nd my wife and i were on a ride, that ended in a crash. We both were hospitalized. Foremost paid to have the bike repaired, but they refuse to pay for my passenger, because she was a "family member" "my wife". Now they claim i have a" drop down" policy and they will only allow a payout of 30,000, saving them 220,000. To date they havent even offered the 30,000. This is complete fraud!!!" beware" because it is reommended by aarp.
