I have written to them to removed the initial pc booster start up. I cancelled it directly with them as I was trying to set it up but could not understand the person on the other end. Told him repeatedly I could not understand him and finally in frustration told him to cancel. BUT their start up screen appears daily when I turn my computer on. I deleted the programs from my hard drive - just want to get the register (Inappropriate Content Removed) off my computer so I don't waste anymore time
