I purchased a dvd playeer during the thanksgiving holiday. The product wa not working properly. I was told that because I was not in contact with the company timely, the dvd had to be returned by 02/01 or it could not be and that HSN would reimburse for shippling charges. All I needed to do was send HSN the receipts, which I did. What I was not told was that there was max on the return shipping fee. My cost to return the damaged product cost me 1/2 of what the product originally cost. A rep by the name of Kathryn said that I will only be refunded $13. This is unfair and if I was told that I would not be refunded the full amount I would not have returned the package. Please help me get a full refund. Thank you
