Dear To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to file a complaint against the South Hampton Homeowners associate in Bryans Road Development. This is the worst company for South Hampton development. I don't know who is the accountant and attorney over there but someone mathematical skills is very incompetent to compute simply math. I have paid the $1200.00 six month ago. And wrote them a complaint letter to take them back to court for recharging $1200 all over again. This is against the law.in court we, agreement with South Hampton associate to pay $1200 and I paid $1200 fees and also last year associate fees. Please have them to remove immediately from my credit report and stop the fraud and abuse of African American that live in that development. It is not just me they are doing this to most of homeowners. Please acknowledge there is a different between a summon to court and judgment for not showing up. I didn't get a letter in mail or my employer for failing to appear in court therefore someone has been misinform about court proceeding. There no judgment for me to comply with. Only the agreement to pay the $1200 installment requested by courts and upon that agreement I signed and returned to courts. Therefore this is fraud and abuse on the homeowner from the HOA South Hampton Association.
