The Macomb County Friend of the Court continues to destroy my credit and reputation. This court has issued an invalid court order for me to pay my ex over $1200 month in child support. My spouse has an income of approx $60k annual, I earn less then $20k.
There was a withholding notice sent to my employer for 50% of my income or the $1200 month. The arrears are now about $50k and all my tax refunds are seized. After taxes I make approx $25 per day.
The court refuses to assist me. They say I must file a motion or retain an attorney. (The attorney are the problem) They also state that there is a bench warrant. I am located out of state and can not afford to appear personally. The court has not given me information about how, when or why there is this notice, copy of any order, warrant or arrearage. The Court also charges the interest of monies that are not correct. The court has made their own support guidelines in this case. They are not following the Michigan laws and getting away with it.
I have not met an honest attorney in the Michigan courts.
