It's like beating an old horse here in sunny Las Vegas, NV. It is bad enough that most attorneys are representative only of big business and the casinos. The little guy can't bust a break with obtaining an attorney that won't sell you out.
Management and Las Vegas Metro can use their master keys to enter your domicile, ramble through your belongings, take what they want without notice or serving you with a warrant. Last time I checked it's called breaking, entering and theft. Yet they claim no responsibility and it is on you to prove they did it. Well, get those cameras out, obtain lawyers and sue them. These people use your information to create identity theft problems, fraud, theft of your rental information from your application, checks, banking information etc... The real criminals who stole your information while you are out, get away and you are left with a plethora of problems to handle. For those of you who still live at Hampton Court or have lived there in the past, I think they owe you a few explainations in a real court of law and a huge settlement offer.
