I ordered a trial size for. 99 never received it. I got my credit card statement only to find a charge of $147.41 on January 17 from Pure Collagen Skin, also they charged me for the. 99 on January 7th. I called my credit card company immediately, they were most helpful, FIRST, they put a block on my credit card so Pure Collagen cannot add more charges, if you didn't know this call your credit card company, my person I talked with was very knowledgable and helped me. I too thought since Dr. Oz was promoting this it was safe. This was the first and LAST. I will ever order on line again. Maybe we should all email Dr. Oz and let him know what is going on, or maybe he is already aware. I called several numbers, finally got someone with an accent, kept telling me about TWENTY or more times my name was not coming up in the computer, asked if I was sure that was the correct zip code, asked me for the order number, told her there is no number, o never ordered anything from them. No confirmation number, nothing. I told the person I was talking to on my credit card statement, it's only the company name, no item number, looks like a phone number next to the company name. She asked if I lived in Australia, I just about lost it then.
