I received a call on my land phone and Dennis Jordan informed me that my computer was going to crash. He asked me to turn on my computer due to the fact that it was about to crash. I told him at the time that I Was not having trouble. He insisted that I must do as he said. I then turned my computer on and he told me to do this and that and to go into a web site etc. I was so confused and then he said it would cost me $125. Oo for a tune up. I told him no that I was on a fixed income and could not afford it. So I hung up the phone. I received a call the next day telling me that they were receiving messages that my computer was going to crash. He was very aggressive and very demanding. I asked him if this was a Scam he said no and for me to do as he says. I turned on the computer and then he told me again what to do and that his Tec was going to take over my computer and make the changes so that it would not crash. At that time he said do not touch your computer and that he understood that I was on a fixed income and that the cost would be $ 80.00. He also told me that he would send out a CD so that I would never have this problem again. He gave me a phone # 1 866 539 8674 Customer Help line. I was so upset with this man because he was pressuring me to do as he says. The transaction for payment went to eNETS. I made a copy of the transaction if this would help you in finding out if this was a scam or not. He also tried to call me again and I told him not to ever call me again. Hope you can let me know if it is a scam.
